KYZE Flotation Column

Introduction

KYZE type flotation column is suitable for fine particle even super fine particle flotation. It is widely adopted as cleaner in the flotation circuit of copper, lead-zinc, molybdenum, gold, phosphorite and other minerals. The sparging system consists of an in-line static mixer and a centrifugal pump. Slurry and air are pumped through the static mixer. As the air-slurry mixture passes through the stationary blades inside the mixer, the air is sheared into very small bubbles. The high surface flux of air bubbles guarantees high probability of bubble-particle attachment.
