Application Scenarios

The automatic control system of BTCS table concentrator is mainly composed of AGV inspection robot, industrial camera, servo mining actuator and table concentrator image processing center. The system uses AGV and industrial camera to patrol and photograph bed mining belts of table concentrators. After image processing center receives picture information through wireless network, it uses image recognition algorithm to automatically analyze the position, width and color of concentrate belt, mixed belt and sub-concentrate belt. Then substituting for specific mathematical model, the system automatically drives the partition plate actuator to the target position of ore belt. It can replace manual inspection, judgment and operation.
