BKAS32 Fully Automatic Large-Cathode-Plate Zinc Stripping System

Introduction

The fully automatic large-cathode-plate zinc stripping system "BKAS32" is a new generation of fully automated intelligent equipment, relying on the major project of the National Development and reform Commission (NDRC), developed by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (BGRIMM), which in order to break the overseas monopoly and technology blockage.
The successful development and application of this system has broken the monopoly of foreign maker in last ten years. The full automatic zinc stripping system has successfully realized industrial application under poor technological process conditions. At the same time , the key technical parameters of it are superior to the parameters of imported equipment.

Application

The equipment is the first fully automatic large-cathode-plate zinc stripping system successfully used in industrial field in China(Huize, Yunnan). With independent intellectual property rights, it realizes the automation of the whole process, and more suitable for poor technological process conditions than imported equipment. The success rate of stripping exceeds 98%.
