Introduction
GJM impeller and rod stirring mill adopts interchangeable agitators, either impeller or rod agitator to meet different requirements. It is mainly used for scrubbing and ultra-fine grinding of nonmetallic mineral such as graphite, kaolin, mica and so on.
Performance Characteristics
Size range 1~50m³, and installed power range 15~440kW correspondingly.
Tanks could be arranged in single or multiple cells in series.
High efficiency on ultra-fine grinding.
On-load starting and continuous producing.

Interchangeable Agitators
Variable Angle Curved Impeller Agitator
For fine grinding and scrubbing of nonmetallic minerals, and usually use ceramic media.
Unique design of large blade disk ratio, which significantly increases the active surface to improve the energy transfer efficiency, and equalize the wear degree of the impeller.
Variable pitch ratio of blades to ensure the effect of balancing axial drive and radial centrifugal stirring, and enhance the shear grinding effect on the area of the outer edge of impellers.
Staggered Rod Agitator
For fine grinding of nonmetallic minerals, and usually use ceramic media.
The arrangement of "long length rods, small layers spacing, staggered angle layout" to enlarge the interaction space.
High tip speed to ensure the grinding media moving in all directions so that the axial displacement and speed is bigger than other type.
Modular design to enable easy replacement and low maintenance cost.
