KLM Vertical Mill

Introduction

KLM vertical mill is universally recognized as the equipment of energy-saving and high efficiency. The vertical mill has reducer driving system, replaceable wear-resisting spiral agitator and on-line monitor & control system, and usually use high chromium steel balls as grinding media. It can be used for regrinding and fine grinding of metallic mineral such as iron ore, lead-zinc ore, bauxite, molybdenum ore, copper-nickel ore and so on.

Size range 0.05~65m³, and installed power range 3~1250kW correspondingly.
Excellent performance to realize full load start.
Inner discharge sieving device to ensure qualified granule products.

Replaceable Wear-Resisting Spiral Agitator

The spiral impellers are made of high strength alloy steel to achieve high safety factors and stable & reliable operation.
The spiral liners are made of high wear-resistant cast iron with a surface hardness≥60HRC and have trapezoidal cross section structure.
The screw arc guide plate in the bottom couples with large torque driving motor to realize the full load start of the mill.
