Introduction

GCX attrition scrubber is a scrubbing equipment that needs no medium, which mainly consists of reducer driving system, polygonal tank and turbine blades agitator. It is used in removing impurities and polishing mineral surface, washing soil, mixing cement and pulp, etc. It can be widely used in phosphorus, quartz and lithium pyroxene processing plants and so on.

Performance Characteristics

Size range 1~30m³, and installed power range 22~220kW correspondingly.
Flexible tanks arrangement of two, four or six cells in series to meet client's needs.
Special designed tank baffles between each cell guarantee non-pressure feed and avoid short-cut slurry circuit.
Energy-saving and high efficient for no grinding media.
Turbine blades are arranged symmetrically to achieve high strength polishing and avoid cavitation.

For scrubbing and polishing minerals without grinding media.
Inclined straight and even number blades, and adjacent ones with opposite inclination angles.
High rotation speed to generate violently collide, scrubbing and purifying among mineral particles.
